We understand shopping during pregnancy and postpartum is special, so we're here to support you with a smooth exchange process. 💛

Note

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screens.
This does not qualify as a defect.

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size concerns (wrong size)

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong product received

Exchange Request Window: within 3 days of delivery

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Item must be unworn & unwashed

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Exchange is allowed once per order

Shipping charges may apply except for defective/wrong product cases.

No Returns / Refunds

Due to hygiene standards and the intimate nature of maternity & feeding wear, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once delivered.

We request your support in maintaining comfort & hygiene for all moms.

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
