Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, special launches), dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on your location.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refusal to accept the parcel may lead to future order restriction

Non-Delivery / Missed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and it is not accepted:

  • Courier may re-attempt

  • If returned to us, reshipping fees may apply
